Spearheaded the firm's Internet-based Hedge Fund data analysis product, tripling
the amount of new business in a 12 month period. Increased the volume of Hedge

In partnership with Factset, designed proprietary superior core analytics
applications to gather equity related data, and make such derived data available
for Excel modeling to improve analysts' productivity.
Managed projects for the Treasury, Portfolio Finance, Global Equities Divisions,
leading to improved investment processes, higher productivity and ultimately,
significantly improved investment performance.
Defined requirements for the Portfolio Finance and Treasury information systems
that managed the firm's financial leverage. One such project saved $6million per
annum, by optimizing forex forward positions.
Directed several applications to fine-tune tri-party lending optimization
algorithms, centralize interest rate modifications and manage cash account
liquidity ladders/forecasting.
Developed service-right amortization models and managed aspects of the mortgage

Investor assets, into the Investors Bank. Such projects included data
migration, staff alignment and process integration efforts.
Partnered with Barclays business and technology staff to manage large multi-site
projects to process assets distributed globally including Global Income processing
(worldwide dividend and coupon collection) and Securities Lending applications
that ensured Barclays maintain top tier worldwide ranking in securities lending.
Architected plans and analysis documents for the following projects: security
reference data, securities lending automation, corporate action processing. These
plans & documents were ultimately used throughout the firm in addition to the unit
servicing global income and tax processing.

for system development projects. Reporting to the CIO and Director of Research,
directed a high-performing group of 40 staff.
Established corporate Internet strategy. Conceptualized, initiated and managed
internetstocks.com and myresearch.com products to help propel Robertson's massive
growth and helped position the firm as a leader.
Technology advisor to the CEO and the Director of Research. Assisted CEO with

culminated in the development of a new business unit.
Designed and operated several retail and institutional client facing
