Learning Management System - Held workshops and meetings
with department heads to create an e-Learning vision and
generate buy-in for the project. Worked with senior
management and end users to determine priorities, strategy
and objectives. Established selection criteria for the
Learning Management System including functionality, the
company's
unique requirements and cost. Additionally, worked with IT
regarding technical architecture and compatibility with existing

Implementation of Initial Online Training Courses - Designed
