. Instrumental in adding millions of dollars in revenue per month by

persuading some delinquent accounts who refused to overnight payments to

scan payments to company. Effort enabled Newsday to process payments

electronically by the last business day of the month.

. Encouraged Billing Manager to send monthly statements by fax or overnight

catalyst in increasing A/R by several hundred thousand dollars per month,
