Main idea was to make known to the public the Fertilizer Ordinance
implemented by the city of Jacksonville and the rules and regulations it
encompasses.
Developed a survey to assess the public's knowledge of the St. Johns River,
as well as the personal importance of the river, the type and how much
fertilizer an individual uses per year, and whether or not people are aware
of the ordinance at all.
After the survey was conducted, a report was constructed and was presented
to an associate of the St. Johns River Keeper.
