- Responsibility includes preparation of Instrument layout, Instrument

main cable routing and Instrument installation details for Central

processing unit (CPP) and Oil cluster.

- Perform 3D modeling of remote mounted instrument using Plant Design

System-EE Raceway (PDS).

- Use Orthogen for 2d Extraction and convert Microstation DGN file to

AutoCAD DWG file.

- Prepare 2D drawing deliverables using AutoCAD 2004.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for 3D and 2D design deliverables using Aveva's Plant

Design Management system (PDMS) and Bentley's Microstation/J software.

- Generate model for ESD tray, tubing supports and routing from ESD

master panel to production wellheads; Instruments hookups to Isolation

valves (ZV's), fusible plugs (TE's), hand stations and others.

- Produce Instrument Points and Lines, ESD tubing Routing layout and

generate details and sections from 3D modeling to 2D draft.

- Perform inter-discipline check and squad checking as per Aramco

procedure.

- Prepare material take-off list.

- Involved in other offshore platform projects that includes site

survey.

2. Khuff Condensate -Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery (BI-3503)

- The project needs Modification of existing facilities for storage and

transfer of Khuff Condensate and associated products from a new Khuff

Condensate Fractionation Unit. These changes require the provision of

a quantity of new MOV's and field Instrumentation.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Instrument deliverables such as Instrument points and lines,

Cable block diagram, Interconnection wiring diagram, Electrical

installation details for field junction boxes, Instrument installation

schedule and Control conduit schedule.

- Perform inter-discipline check and squad checking as per Aramco

procedure.

- Responsibility includes drawing retrieval and site survey.

- Use Microstation software for Cad deliverables.
