International Meal Company (IMC), a multinational corporation with

operations in Puerto Rico.

. Worked on legal and compliance projects for IMC's Central America

and Caribbean region. Evaluated human resources policies and

procedures and developed new procedures and policies (global) as

to discipline, employee leaves in compliance with local/federal

laws, and other workplace regulations. Developed policies to

manage outside counsel and directly supervised counsel handling

employment law litigation and union grievance arbitration.

Conducted investigations in the Dominican Republic company site of

complaints filed by employees alleging discrimination. Met with

local outside counsel for this purposes.

in Puerto Rico, such as evaluating employee files to determine if
