as well as NCAA College Basketball games via the internet for AOL Sports.
In addition, wrote daily pre and post game feature articles for selected
daily featured games on DonBest.com. Fanball.com supplies AOL, formerly
known as America Online, with live up-to-the minute real time scoring for
its customers. AOL, now the Internet division of Time Warner, is the
world's largest Internet access provider.

Communications Manager
Handled the day-to-day operations of the team's media relations department.
Duties included writing daily press releases and features for FREEKICK
gameday programs. Coordinated media interviews between players, coaches and
staff with local, regional and national outlets. Established and cultivated
vital relationships with all of the local major television affiliates.
Managed press box operations at Giants Stadium, while providing press with
informational notes and statistics. Oversaw the production of
totalsports.net telecasts for all home games. Traveled with the club on
away games as the team's official press officer.

Responsible for the club's sports coverage in local, regional and national
print and electronic media. Created, designed and edited the 1997, 1998 &
1999 team yearbook/media guides. Operated and coordinated all aspects of
press box on gameday. Arranged player appearances at local hospitals and
youth instructional clinics. Created team mascot and orchestrated his
presence at local and national events. Actively involved in the overall
operation of the team's season and group ticket sales efforts. Acted as the
team's spokesperson while establishing the name and image of the Vipers as
a responsible corporate citizen.
