Counting and sorting monetary denominations and coins into
categories of gaming sections: slots,
food and beverage, race and sports, as well as revenue from
retail outlets. Organizing and counting
poker chips and dealer tokens from the casino's operations of
the previous day. Imputing the
daily revenue from all departments on the casino floor into a
software program.

Grievance Specialist: May 2005-October 2005.
Processed patient data to initiate the second insurance appeals
process. I interacted with clients on
the phone, who inquire about the status and other questions
related to their case. I also maintained

Instigated the Loan process by imputing mortgage information from
clients in participating states
according to the daily lock sheets. I researched and approved all
loan numbers to be deleted from the
system. I monitored departmental employees' vacation schedules. I
was also acting supervisor of
Lock Desk employees during evening hours.
