Details of My Work Experience in Project Implementations :
1. Integration Project for a Major South African Mining Client :
This is completely an Integration project integrating SAP PI and MES
systems, Data Ware House and MES systems along with a reliable and
efficient Message Handling than the Message services feature available in
MII.
I played a key role in all the parts of this project . I developed Inbound
and Outbound Interfaces integrating PI and MES using Messages and ECC
(Data Ware House Management System) and MES system through IDOC's.
Here we dealt with Material Movements, Nomination details, Process Order
details etc.,
I participated in the Functional and Technical design of Message handling
feature and I alone completed its implementation.
I developed a Graphical User Interface for Support resource to manually
identify the details about Messages and IDOC's according to search criteria
including Message content search in Logs recorded in Message Handler
database and modify Payload or data records details or reprocess if
required.
2. The Plant Operation Cockpit and Asset Development in SAP MII :
An MII Project which is mostly common in Chemicals manufacturing Industries
is
designed as an asset which mainly concentrates on Process Orders and their
complete
flow from creation to confirmation and delivery of orders .
In this project I developed the complete Planner part including stock
analysis . In
planner Part, I developed the Integration Interfaces between ECC and shop
floor system
and interactive Intelligence Dashboards reporting analytical data in
Pictorial form by charts and SVG's for a Planner perspective with several
options to select such as different time periods, different plant
locations, different representations of data etc.,
A special feature is the search function to search different Process orders
and its details
based of any of its related parameters like material ID, start/end date,
status etc.,
KPI's using Xcelsius for Mining industry applications.
I avoided to mention here so many details related to Projects as they are
confidential and I think the above are up to the maximum extent I can
explain, but I can say that I used almost all features in MII including
RFC's, IDOC's, Web services, SVG's, Runner calls, (IRPT, HTML, JSP)
pages, Java Script, custom attributes, Custom Actions, Xpath functions, XSLT's, XQuery, SQL Queries, Tag Queries,(FLEX, YUI, EXTJS) in UI
etc.,
3. Integration and Visualization project for Food Manufacturing Company :
An MII project involving integration of ECC with MES and displaying plant
and its capacity related information, providing touch screen interface
through web pages to operators to receive and provide operational
information and displaying stock Yard inventory Deviation, Production
Delay in percentage, Billet Costing details etc.,

"The Automatic Fire Accident Monitoring and Controlling
System " contains the Transmitting module that detects fire accidents with
the heat and smoke sensor and intimates the Fire Engine with the
information containing the Address of fire accident place, the latitude
and longitude details. Mean while, the automatic fire extinguisher expels
fire controlling agent over the fire caught areas and provides the
information regarding the status of fire to the Fire Engine.
The receiving module at the Fire Engine displays the
information and activates the location searching software which searches
the location using Google Earth with the details of latitude and longitude
values transmitted to it.
Thus, this system aims at providing the fastest,
efficient and most effective way of controlling Fire Accidents even in the
absence of the residents.
