Advise upon, structure, negotiate and draft commercial agreements from a

procurement perspective. Perform risk assessments as well as develop risk

mitigation strategies for senior executives. Work closely and extensively

with the Strategic Sourcing procurement group and advise upon each step in

the procurement sequence, commencing with the issuance of RFIs and RFPs

through to execution of the finalized agreement. Collaborate with teams

Legal Counsel - Canada Legal Affairs 2002 - 2005

Performed risk assessments for executive and senior account management, as

well as developed risk mitigation strategies. Advised upon matters in

respect of Public Sector clients. Engaged in dispute resolution on behalf

of the company as well as managed litigation matters involving outside

counsel. Negotiated and advised upon a variety of significant commercial

transactions. Dealt with the Office of the Information and Privacy

Commissioner of Ontario on Freedom of Information requests as they arose,

including the mediation of contentious requests.
