Coordinated with management as a liaison in daily meetings at beginning of shift to determine

that days production requirements and assessing for any special circumstances.

Utilizing computerized ordering system, I scanned cards of parts that would be necessary to

maintain a determined required inventory.

Distributing of appropriate parts, once received, to cells for production.

Inventorying of all parts, sub-assemblies and finished goods to submit along with making any

adjustments and recording the discrepancies, this maintained accuracy of the inventory.

Utilized computerized system to determine inventory availability and coordinate daily shipments

of finished goods according to priority and proper product rotation.

2002 – 2005

Assessing of job requisitions to create and test sub-assemblies which were combined to render the

finished product while ascertaining compliance with all individual customer specifications.

Meticulously documented the various procedures as required for records purposes.

1997 -2002

Accurately assessed each job order to determine the correct amount of raw material necessary to

complete the job order.

Referencing the material specifications on file I formulated the correct material necessary for

each job production.

Analyzing of the various conditions that affect the integrity of the material as a finished product

and programing the machine to operate according to the requisition.

Monitoring and checking parts for quality as they are completed.

Detailing of finished parts according to individual customer specifications; de-burring, removing

flash, pad printing, tapping and/or drilling and over-all quality final inspection.
