Office Manager/Staff Administrative Assistant for the entire
management staff which consisted of the President,
Vice President and General Manager, Chief Financial Officer,
Counsel and Contracts Manager. Assisted in putting in place
several new business processes which included: a quality manual,
pricing and delivery request, opportunity review, program
reviews, intellectual property summary, and a contact
information database. Designed a tracking system for purchase
orders and credit card expenses, which significantly contributed
to the financial management of the company. Acted as the
receptionist and also the organizer of company social activities
such as 2005 Christmas Party. Sent out Mailings to Shareholders
quarterly. Organized, scheduled and coordinated Board of
Directors Meetings. Organized the calendars for the President
and Vice President of the company. Made any and all travel
arrangements for all employees who traveled to conduct business

for Marathon Ashland Petroleum L.L.C... Established all
Transmittal Logs for documents and drawings. To receive all
ISO's, P&ID's and ortho's File them by unit in order, Tracked
all drawings received and issued by transmittals and transmittal
logs & issue to all Departments (Engineering, Construction,
Maintenance, Project Controls, Procurement and Quality Control).
Also make sure all Rev. were issued in a timely manner. Logged
and tracked all P.O.'s. Assisted the Project Controls Manager
and other associates with any administrative work; including
filing, faxing, answering phones and keeping office supplies
stocked. Also was involved in the constructability review for
the project in Houston Texas. After the review we started and
completed the project in St. Paul Park, Minnesota at the
Marathon Ashland Petroleum Plant.

Office Manager / Executive Maintenance Assistant My duties as
office Manager and Maintenance Assistant was to build all job
book for maintenance at Deltech Chemical plant in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana. To receive all ISO's, P&ID's and ortho's File them by
unit in order, Tracked all drawings received and issued by
transmittals and transmittal logs & issue to all Departments
(Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Procurement and Quality
Control). Also make sure all Rev. were issued in a timely
manner. Logged and tracked all P.O.'s & logged & Track all call
outs on the site. Kept weekly timesheets for 85-90 employees in
Excel uploading spreadsheets. Kept updated list of all employees
on site according to craft. Input work orders daily into a
program designed to track maintenance work (Packet Pro).
Assisted the department head and other associates with any
administrative work; including filing, faxing, answering phones
and keeping office supplies stocked. On a weekly basis, closed
all completed work orders, ran updated reports, and scheduled
out new work orders. On a monthly basis, generated cost reports,
scaffold reports, and preventative maintenance reports. I also
was on the ISO 9000 Management team and help with all the
training and certification.

jobs and would also send them out to the Job sites. Scheduled
training and safety classes for new hires and refresher courses.

were transferred and organized on an Excel Spreadsheet that was
