o Received all approved or denial files requested from the file

National File Tracking System (NFTS) to the QA location. The

files consist of A-files and SRC files. Then sorted,

processed and entered each file into a tracking database.

o Developed a way of identifying files that has already been

through the QA process by using a color coded dot placed on

each file. When files were received from the file room these

process of receiving and charging the files back out to the

file room when a file is scanned and found to have already

been through the audit process.

o Sorted the files by officer and then by supervisor, print a

CR333 for each supervisor and staple the routing sheet to the

first file of the batch. These files are then rubber banded

together for each officer by supervisor. These files are then

placed on a shelf to be audited by the quality unit.

o After the files have been audited the auditor places a mark on

the dot as an indication that the file is completed. These

files are then placed in a designated area for completed

files. Verify each file by the marks on the dots and the

integrity of each batch. Once verification was completed,

each file was sent to the supervisor with a count of files

with each batch. Some files are not needed by the quality

auditor so these files are placed separately in a container
