DUTIES:

HVAC-Maintain and repair equipment of HVAC equipment, rooftop air

conditioners, heat pumps, electric heaters, boilers, VAV boxes, air

handlers, cooling towers, CRAC units, pumps, motors, raised floor

environment, trouble shooting and repair of all related building

equipment.

ELECTRICAL- Maintenance of electrical controls and repair of all various

equipment, (starter, relays), motors control center etc. Perform all phases

of building electrical work, receptacles, lighting, light switches,

ballast, batteries on UPS's and rectifiers, breaker install and motor

control switches.

PNEUMATIC- Maintenance and trouble shooting of pneumatic control center,

air-compressors and starter motors, and air filter dryers.

PLUMBING- All phases of building plumbing to include but not limited to:

hot water heaters, water closets, fountains, drains, drain maintenance, and

related condensate lines.
