overseeing their entire marketing staff, agencies and I was the major
corporate contact with all 7 franchisee co-ops. Responsible for brand

incentive plans and field marketing functions. During my tenure there, I
led the development of the annual marketing calendar, LTO strategy and LSM
promotion programs including store database management and execution.
Repositioned chain to "Auto Maintenance" positioning which resulted in
10.7% AUV increase in 2004, 7.2% AUV increase in 2005.

I was employed as an independent consultant for McDonald's as a member of
their innovations team, overseeing innovations projects from development
thru roll-out, including concept screening, operations testing and market
media tests. My primary responsibility was project management and

lead marketing executive responsible for field marketing and corporate
staff. My major accomplishment was repositioning the Brunswick Bowling and
Billiards brand from traditional recreation category to entertainment
category with the development of a new brand called "Brunswick Zone". I
reversed historic negative customer and revenue trends. New concept
achieved chain wide 25% sales increase within first 12 months.
