check and monitor sugar levels; check blood pressure and weight. Keep daily log of vital signs, refill prescription box,
schedule and take to physician office visits.

Center) Front Office Rep- Schedule established and new patient appointments, answer incoming calls accounts receivables, daily
balancing, patient registration, scanning documents, daily correspondence via e-mail, bilingual translation skills heavily utilized.
