Duties: As an office manager, I assist all Property/Transportation Management

Specialist located at Headquarters and Regions (Cincinnati and Philadelphia) in the

performance of their respective tasks. E stablish and maintain records of corporate

assets, i.e. equipment, such as computers, laptops, cell phones, etc. Ensure that

i nventory levels are accurate and conform to accounting records. Play a key role in

t he company's decision-making processes to safeguard corporate assets in the short

and long terms. Ensure that asset-protection procedures are functional and

adequate to prevent operating losses by maintaining suspense and filing systems.

I nventory control which includes, organizing the movement of work-in-process as
