SMARTDRIVE SYSTEMS, CA - Quality Assurance Manager (Start up) 2007 -

2008

Built a global QA organization of 17 direct reports (US, China, India)

consisted of Web application review center, Firmware, and Hardware

manufacturing. Established end to end Quality Management System QMS

process, requirements, Agile/SCRUM/ISO/six sigma development which
