Senior HR Manager

Responsible for managing HR functions for 2 beverage manufacturing plants

located in Arizona and Texas supporting 160+ employees. Led all aspects of

HR for the Phoenix plant start up including handling all recruiting for

hourly positions, managing employee relation issues and developing safety

programs. Key Contributions:

Recruited, hired and trained 60 candidates in a 3 month period resulting in

a smooth start up of the Phoenix plant.
