Claims Adjuster

. Responsibilities include complex administration and case load

management for up to 100 active professional liability claims including

acting point person and liaison for client, real estate brokers, agents,

claimants and attorneys including settlement conferences. Duties include

comprehensive and accurate evaluation of claims for coverage, liability

and damages including comprehensive communications. Files require review

of documentation, applicable law, and auditing of expenses. Negotiate

settlements directly or via litigation. Personal authority of $50,000.

Compile and present detailed analysis for higher value cases. All duties

performed in accordance with applicable state, federal and local statutes,

regulations and laws.
