May 2009 - Present CSC Corporation, Ft. Campbell, KY
As a Technical Inspector on the OLR modification team for modifications to UH-60, CH-47, OH-58 and
AH-64 helicopters, I have worked closely with technical writers and analysts to provide detailed and
accurate MWO instructions direct from blueprints and physical hands on installation techniques. I
provided the quality control service for the AVR-2B and Transition Access Door validation/verification
effort on the UH-60 helicopter platform. While assisting the technicians in my area of responsibility, I
ensure the accurate installation of MWO’s per blueprints and technical data. I am responsible for
reviewing technical data for proper procedures and parts listings and when errors are found I report them
to the proper agencies with appropriate data for correction. I am responsible for the inspection of the work
area to ensure safety and compliance with company SOP’s and to aid in the identification and correction
of any safety problems. Upon completion of aircraft maintenance I complete the aircraft historical records
in the ULLS-A log book format. I am also responsible for updating the technical manuals and maintaining
the facility library with the latest revisions and changes. I presently hold a secret security clearance.
March 2004 - May 2009 DynCorp International, Ft. Campbell, KY
As a heavy structures mechanic on the CH-47 RESET program for three years, my job duties included the
disassembly and inspection of the aircraft to identify repairs as needed and to complete the repairs IAW
the proper technical manual or engineering document. I then became a Technical Inspector on the CH-47
RESET program and was responsible for maintaining the ULLS-A log books, inspection of work
accomplished and completion of ASAM and AMAM inspections. I reviewed technical manuals and
reported errors using the Army 2028 system. I then transferred to the OLR modification team where I was
a Technical Inspector for modifications on UH-60, CH-47, OH-58 and AH-64 helicopters. In this position
I ensured the accurate installation of MWO’s per blueprints and technical data. I was responsible for
providing data for engineering of repairs to the helicopter when the situation was not covered in the
technical manuals.
August 2003 - March 2004 Jennie Stuart Hospital, Hopkinsville, KY
I worked for the hospital as a polysomnographic technologist in the sleep lab. My job duties included
completion of patient paperwork to ensure proper tracking of lab tests and billing for services performed,
ensuring the patient was properly connected to the computerized testing equipment to provide accurate
test data, maintaining a positive atmosphere for the patient to be comfortable with the procedures being
performed and interpreting the test data to brief the medical doctors of any information they may need for
diagnosing sleep disorders.
June 2001 - March 2004 Self Employed Contractor, Hopkinsville, KY
As an Aircraft Mechanic, Inspector and Pilot of civilian aircraft, I performed general aviation aircraft
inspections, provided logistical service to locate repair parts, repaired customer aircraft, and delivered
aircraft to the customer as needed. Repairs included engine overhaul, structural repairs, avionics
installation, painting, and upholstery, completion of log book records and FAA 337 forms. I trained
students as a flight instructor and flew as a contract pilot for various companies. I held a co-pilot rating in
the Douglas DC-3 aircraft for part 135 cargo operations.
November 1999 - April 2001 West KY Airmotive, Hopkinsville, KY
As Director of Maintenance for a fixed base operation flight school and maintenance facility, I inspected
aircraft, ordered parts, repaired aircraft, and coordinated with customers as needed. I supervised 3
maintenance technicians and 3 flight instructors. Repairs included engine overhauls, structural repairs,
avionics installation, painting, and upholstery, completion of log book records and FAA 337 forms. I was
also responsible for managing the inspection schedule for the flight school aircraft per FAR regulations.
January 1999 - March 1999 Tenn. Area Vocational School, Nashville, TN
While contracted as an Interim Instructor for the Tenn. Area Vocational School aviation technician
program, I taught the aircraft general section of the FAA part 147 Airframe & Powerplant mechanic
school. This program included electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and structural repair. As an
Instructor I was also responsible for assisting the students with career counseling and providing an
example of the professionalism required in our industry.
October 1998 - October 1999 Tenn. Technical Services, Smyrna, TN
As a sheet metal mechanic for heavy structural repair on DC-8 aircraft, my job duties included structural
repairs and modification per blueprints, fabrication of parts and estimation of job process time for bidding
of repair services. I also relieved the crew lead as needed and supervised up to 10 technicians when
needed.
November 1997 - October 1998 Contract Sheet Metal Mechanic
As a contract sheet metal mechanic at PEMCO, Dothan AL and TIMCO, Greensboro NC, I performed
heavy structural repair on B-727, DC-8, DC-9 and DC-10 aircraft. My job duties included structural
repairs IAW manufacturer’s technical manuals, and the installation of modifications and fabrication of
parts by reading and interpreting blueprints.
