Summer 2010) Conducted research studies with Autistic children facilitated daily activities in the Child Development
Center for children ranging from toddler ages to five years old. Various activities consisted of working on
developmental reading, motor skills, and social development skills; worked as a teacher assistant in the child
development center classrooms.
Intern, Duke University Children’s Hospital (Durham, NC Summer 2009)
Shadowed a child services worker dealing with patients and their family’s issues when it came to working with their ill
children, many of the children in the hospital suffered from cancer, sickle cell anemia, juvenile diabetes,
Kidney diseases.

• Greensboro Children’s Museum (Greensboro, NC Fall 2009 – Summer 2010) completed daily activities
with children and parents that visited the museum each day; ranging from art to musical activities.
• Heritage Green Assistance Living Center (Greensboro, NC Fall 2008) worked with elderly patients
suffering with alzihmer’s and dementia memory loss. I was assigned to work with a group of individuals
on their visual skills by reading books and working on visual puzzles and other exercises that increase
the ability of sight and motor skills.
