WORK HISTORY SUMMARY

Over 30 year's experience in nuclear power, DOE, industrial chemical plant

and petroleum pipeline contract support in operations, maintenance and

engineering. During this time I have performed research, validation, and

revision of modification packages, design basis documents, FSAR and the

associated 10CFR50.59 support. I have also developed operations,

engineering, maintenance, and administrative procedures for nuclear power

plants and DOE facilities.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Monticello Nuclear Power Plant

10/10 - Present

My responsibilities include supporting the modification process for

various plant modification packages. The scope of work includes

reviewing prints and as-built information to support the incorporation

of modification details into the associated procedures as a result of the

modification change process. The revision to Operations, Maintenance and

Administrative procedures using Passport to process and track procedure

status.

Dominion Services

03/09 - 5/27/2010

Assigned to the Kewaunee Improved Technical Specifications (ITS) Conversion

Project. My support efforts are primarily focused around the Licensing and

Implementation phases, which include the research, validation and revision

of applicable UFSAR sections, Design Basis Documents (DBD), System

Descriptions, Procedures and related10CFR50.59 support work.

06/08 - 01/09

Assigned to the Design and Licensing Basis Integrated Review project at

Dominion Services Innsbrook Office. My support efforts primarily consist

of reviewing design and licensing basis documents to support revision of

the UFSAR for the Kewaunee Power Station.

Davis Besse Nuclear Power Station

08/07 - 06/08

Assigned to the Davis Besse Improved Technical Specifications (ITS)

Conversion Project. My support efforts are primarily focused around the

Licensing and Implementation phases, which include the research,

support work.

11/06 - 07/07

My responsibilities included supporting the modification process for

Sequoyah Nuclear Plant

The scope of work was to support the Operations Procedures Group revising

procedures for outage commitments which included the associated 10CFR

50.59 support.

Colonial Pipeline

6/04 - 8/06

The scope of work included the Delivery Control Procedures for local

control of automated facilities and Facility Maintenance Procedures

(electrical, mechanical and I&C procedures).

Edwards Power Station

3/04 - 6/04

The scope of work primarily focused on the Operations Procedure Group

developing operating and administrative procedures for a coal fired power

generating station.

Savannah River Site

6/03 - 2/04

The scope of work directly supported the Operations Procedure Group in the

Tritium Department developing operating procedures for a new facility

scheduled to start operation in 2006. I was awarded an 'L' Clearance but it

was not issued due to the project layoff of Contractor personnel.

Level Liquid Waste Processing procedures which included System Operating,

Abnormal Operating and Alarm Response procedures.

Testing Procedures in accordance with the guidelines of NRC Generic Letter
