. Internship with Kelly Chacon Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Regional
Manager New Mexico. Internship involved researching mortgage-backed
securities. Research dealt primarily with the role of MBS's in the
economy as a financial tool between loan servicers and large banks.
The internship research also dealt with investigating credit risk that
lead to loan defaults, which eventually caused the mortgage-backed
security in question to lose value.
