Logistics Management
As a civilian, service member, and a government contractor, I have over 20 years of experience in
logistics, procurement, and supply chain management. In 2009 I was nominated for the 2009 President’s
award for Administrative Support in the Army/Land Division. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Web,
database applications. I have received certifications in the military systems of SAMS, ULLS-4, and
PBUSE.

Logistics Senior Associate
Fire Finder Facility, Fayetteville, NC
Managed the production control office for the Fire Finder Facility. Organized, signed out and signed in
work order folders and update their status. Supervised two employees on all logistical tasks and missions.
Generated reports, updated man hours, work order tasks, dealt with and upgraded repair parts. Secured,
established an inventory process and organized all repair parts. Secured repair parts in bins by their work
order number. Monitored the process for ordering all repair parts. Persuaded and introduced utilizing the
free issue warehouses world-wide. Analyzed and formulated that we could build up shop stock and repair
parts. Demonstrated that we could save the customer thousands of dollars. Oversaw the order cycle to
ensure that inventory requirements are met according to budget and customer demands. Implemented an
inventory control process that effectively monitored, complied, troubleshoot, and analyzed business unit
needs. Restored shop stock repair parts when they reach their reorder point. Conducted in-depth studies

Acted as BN Property Book Non-Commissioned Officer (PBO) who ensured that property accountability
is maintained as required. Developed the supply/logistics portion of the Command Supply Discipline
Program (CSDP). Coordinated inspections to ensure subordinate units are in full compliance with all
supply regulatory requirements. Performed using extensive experience with compartmented logistics
programs and prepared checklists, inspects units, and provided technical logistical assistance to
subordinate unit personnel. Conducted follow-up visits and other efforts to ensure shortcomings are

the Master Hand Receipts for various commanders. Reviewed incoming documents from account holders

holders for clarification and settlement of discrepancies. Initiated the adjustments. Prepared a variety of
correspondences, recurring and non-recurring reports related to property book and general supply
activities for submission to higher headquarters. Displayed thorough knowledge of governing supply
regulations, policies, procedures, methodologies, directives, policies and instructions related to inventory,
