ARRK Engineering is a supplier of Tire and Wheel Assembly equipment to General
Motors and many Tier 1 suppliers. As a Project Manager I am responsible for following
the development, production and installation of this equipment to the assembly plant.
This responsibility includes interfacing with the tool designers, controls engineers,
customers while tracking project progress and reviewing changes for impact to the
overall cost and timing.

allowed me to apply my past 10+ years in Tire and Wheel processing to support the

was a new facility in March 2010 I was responsible for the start of production from pilot
through regular production. Goals included employee training, coordinate the activities
of direct reports, restate plant organization charts, increase efficiency and accountability
to enable realization of headcount savings. Develop a personal rapport with customers
and suppliers. Maintain clearly defined Position Description for each member of the
plant, Oversee the annual completion of the operation budgets and coordinate the
resources necessary to accomplish the plan. Also provide profit and loss statements for
presentation to company owners.

Responsible for and all Tire and Wheel Equipment and Processes for General Motors
Truck Assembly Plants. Duties included plant equipment layout, equipment design,
procurement, installation and maintenance procedure training including the 5S
Discipline. Project budget/cost estimating including installation labor, required
equipment and timing. In plant experience included invention of new patentable tooling
and processes, equipment trouble shooting, equipment install and production startup
support. Presentations of the above to Plant Management for buy in and updates. I
participated in Training team leaders and UAW personnel while observing safety
standards and work rules to achieve corporate goals for quality and lean manufacturing.
Develop site strategic project plans for future product potential. Development of
Statement of Work, Statement of Requirements for new equipment, supplier bid
procurement, production start up support.
