JOB PROFILE AS DEPUTY MANAGER-(SUPPLIES & DISTRIBUTION)

Responisble for entire logistics and MIS function in UP currently

and earlier in Punjab & Jammu with sales turnover of Rs 500 Crores

and Supply & Distribution budget of Rs 30 Crores. Planning and

controlling the movement and distribution of 6 Lac MT of fertilisers

(Urea, DAP. MOP, SSP Zinc, Bio fertilisers) and pesticides worth Rs

50 Crores in different districts of the region.

Rationalisation of distribution expenses in the region by planning

of districtwise market shares of all products.

Responsible for direct operational control of C&F agent for movement

of all agri-inputs like pesticides, zinc, bio-fertilisers in the

entire region and sale/stock reconciliations.

Identification, screening and recruitment of C&F/ H&T agents in

different districts through a system of market survey, tendering,
