Personal Profile

I have a wealth of knowledge in Global Lean Transformation and Performance

consulting across a large number of different market sectors, such as Auto,

Aero, Healthcare and other Service sectors, enabling the transformation of

many business models in different countries around the world as a Lean

Executive Coaching and use of Lean tools: Lean Visions and Strategies,

Value Stream Mapping, Kaizens, Lean learning academy's, Lean Product

launches, Problem solving, and Six Sigma.

I have developed and implemented corporate strategies involving Lean

Transformations at local and global customer sites by using my skills in

Lean Management and Performance consulting. In RWD I was responsible for

account management/project director and business development, Lean

Executive Coach for clients across the globe. I led and developed Lean

Transformation Strategies and a number of new performance solutions that

are currently being sold across numerous countries and cultures.

My expertise in Lean Transformation Solutions; is based upon my experience

with the Toyota principles of Lean Production and performance consultancy.

As Vice President, I was the head of Enterprise Learning and charged with

transforming the business to a successful and profitable one by resolving

the following issues; SAP EMEA relationship problems, growth, employee

performance problems, and the integration of RWD'S other services into the

operations. I had full P&L responsibility for UK, Germany, Holland and

Switzerland. In this role, I developed new business for the Enterprise

Learning Solutions Group and Lean Solution Group, which was end user

training, performance consultancy, Lean Implementation and Kaizen's, as

well as cultivating and managing relationships with SAP subsidiaries,

partners, and clients throughout Europe. I launched the RWD Offices, in the

Netherland, Dubai, Germany, France and Switzerland. In this role I also

lead the acquisition team for RWD. RWD purchased a SAP End User

documentation and training company in France. I directly manage the newly

acquired company for the first 9 months during the transition to a RWD

company.

I was responsible for the growth, finances and marketing of RWD's Global

Lean Solutions Group. Global Lean Solutions had a turnover of $24 million

and consisted of 125 Lean manufacturing consultants and lean trainers,

responsible for implementation of RWD lean methodology and Kaizen into

RWD's client base. I provided the strategic vision for Global Lean

Solutions and was involved in all technical and business initiatives aimed

at developing the business. I was the head of developing new Performance

Consultancy Solutions, such as New Product Lean Launch, Lean Healthcare

Solution, Train Performance Solutions and Strategy Solutions. Project

managed a number of Lean transformation and Kaizens, value stream mapping,

Lean Logistics, Lean Product launches and developing Lean implementation

plans and cost reductions, deliver multi-million dollars in savings within

RWD's customers.
