for all of the OSI concepts.
o Lead the effort to transform the accounting and finance organization
from separate accounting groups into a consolidated and consistent
department with common internal control policies and procedures.

the adoption of a new consolidation package.

o Assisted in the merger transaction in 2007 to take the company

o Prepared a standardized template and framework to perform the
quarterly impairment analysis for all Outback restaurants.
