. Diagnose and help customers repair printing press and finishing equipment

remotely (in office and from home)

. Work with Engineering, Mechanical Support and Field Service to fix

existing issues with customer equipment

troubleshooting their equipment

. Work on and troubleshoot all Goss and Heidelberg Legacy and new Goss

Press systems remotely and on site

. Use Allen Bradley RSlogix, Siemens Step7 and Mitsubishi Melsec Medoc and

GX Developer for development and troubleshooting

. Experience with Mitsubishi, Toshiba, GE, Siemens and Allen Bradley drives

. Repair and calibrate large and small industrial scales

. Help maintain power sub-station and various secondary transformers for

plant power

. Repair Accusort scanners, printers and computers

Skills

* Ability to work on both Windows and Mac OSX based computers

* Familiar with Final Cut Studio 2 (a profession video and audio suite from
