Originally recruited, by the General Manager of this

customer focused packaging company, to be an instrumental

part in

their development and expansion into the Michigan

marketplace.

. Lead packaging engineer for the corporation (5

locations). In charge of supervising all other

packaging engineers.

. Developed standards and procedures for the design

department.

. Standardized company processes including design and

approval processes.

. Developed and maintained standard work instructions (SWI)

for manufacturing.

. Use CATIA V5 and Solidworks to develop designs from math

CorrFlex facilities

Shoreline Container - Holland, Michigan

Recruited by the Design Manager directly out of college to

add capacity to the design lab.

. Worked with a wide variety of materials, including corrugated, plastic

corrugated, foam and coatings to design, develop and test packages for

automotive, furniture, industrial and electronics parts.

. Participant in internal audits as an ISO 9000 internal

quality auditor.

. Part of team that assisted in preparing the Shoreline

Traverse City facility for their initial ISO 9002

quality audit.

. Responsible for receiving, verification and

repair/maintenance of all cutting dies and print

plates.

Kraft Foods - Tarrytown, New York

Chosen to work with Kraft Foods as part of the internship

program for six months.

No-Bake Cakes and Jell-O Gelatin and pudding.

Lender's Bagels and Capri-Sun.
