Manager

• Cover the management function of the department by planning, organizing, motivating, directing and controlling.

• Oversees three staff members- Lead Maintenance, Assistant Manager and Leasing agent.

• Manage vendors and contractors.

• AMSI E-site – post rent, collections, maintenance request, move in and move out, tax credit, weekly activities

report for the community, make lease agreement by using Win-TAA.

• Post bills on AMSI E-PO and purchase products for the community.

• Establish budget for the community.

• Reports done every Mondays and Thursdays pertaining to occupancy and availability and available to rent.
