Kuala Lumpur, a pioneering member of the company's establishment in APAC. I

major mobile operators such as Indosat Indonesia and SoftBank Japan.

Other than service activation solution, I am focused on the business

development of solutions like Number Portability Gateway and OTA Dynamic

in this region. My responsibility covers sales activities of the prepaid

and postpaid billing solutions in Asia region. I have secured a few

customers in Thailand, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia.

Argent Networks provides real-time mediation, rating, billing and

customer care solutions for prepaid and postpaid voice, data and content.

Argent's convergent billing platform enables communications service

providers to provision, rate and bill for any service on any network.

iSoftel Telecom PLC 2000

Singapore SGX listed telco-solution company

I joined as Country Manager in charge of the start-up and business

operation of the Malaysia office. My primary responsibilities is to market

the company's product & solution including billing solution for prepaid,

postpaid, retail & settlement billing, IVR and call center with VoIP

platform.

I setup the Malaysia office which was located in Petronas Twin Towers

and successfully ran the operation covering pre-sales, sales, delivery and

support. I lead a team of 12 people and we achieved sales of >USD1M in

FY2000.

iSoftel develops telecommunications software platforms and provides

integrated solutions combining voice switching and call management

functions. Its principal voice switching and call management / billing

solution is the ipMillenia Prepaid/Postpaid Management System.

I joined the company as Director of Business Development for Internet

e-commerce business and Associate Publisher for print business.

My job responsibility covers all aspect of the Internet portal and IT

publication operation. I head a team of staff (25) with sales & marketing,

technical and logistic responsibilities of print and web advertisement, web

portal, multimedia content development & syndication services and event

management. I have work directly with the client as well as media agency

and mobile operators for WAP and SMS advertisement and content delivery.

I managed operation (from editorial to circulation) of IT publication

business, with titles like TECH, IT Times, CEO IT, AsiaNetworking & Network

Guide; and the successful launching and marketing of the e-commerce, web

portal and a few publications in Malaysia. I am also directly responsible

A state government e-commerce project

As Sales Manager and later promoted to General Manager, I am

responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operation of the company, and

promotion of in-house developed solution & services that includes systems

integration for web server implementation, infrastructure deployment,

leased circuit access, voice over IP, and e-commerce/resources application

(travel, government, banking, logistic & consumer). The portal

www.penang.net also serves as a platform for revenue generating

advertisement targeting SMEs across various industries.

I also formulated product and service plans targeting primarily local

government agencies and the semiconductor manufacturing sector with clients

like Dell, Intel, Fairchild and Motorola. I have a team 3 executives

reporting to me directly, and another 12 indirect subordinates.

PenangNET is a government subsidiary company setup to promote the

implementation of internet infrastructure and e-commerce application to the

government and public sector.

As Engineering Information Systems Specialist / Sales Manager, am in

charge of the sales activities & marketing plan for EIS solution and high-

end plotter/printer. Reporting to the Division Head in Japan, my main

responsibility is to establish the market penetration in Malaysia. My

customer base includes private and government sectors and I am also

responsible for providing technical support and training to the sales team

and resellers. I have received numerous sales achievement awards as a sales

person.
