maintenance on new and existing mechanical systems and equipment such as

compressors, appliances, circulators, daily inspection of conveyors,

replacing belts, bearings, rollers and motors. Read and interpret

equipment manuals, written specifications, work orders, mechanical and blue

print, schematics, etc. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and

repairs. Maintain and repair all physical elements of the facility,

ensuring a safe environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Schedule machines for bi-weekly preventive maintenance

2. Prepare weekly production schedules and changeovers

3. Assess and delegate assignments to the Daily Conformance Schedule and

preventive maintenance

4. Collaborate with various departments and outside contractors when

scheduling for preventive maintenance and special projects

5. Review work orders, assign jobs and prepare follow up plans after

completion

. Maintain records of all preventive maintenance and unscheduled

repairs

6. Analyze and troubleshoot equipment and make repairs

7. Set-up and change over production line within .005 tolerance

8. Provide supervisory coverage during vacation and other scheduled days
