Cercospora, Ergot, Powdery Mildew, Pyricularia.

Seed borne Pythium, Fusarium, S. graminicola, Aspergillus, Xanthomonas,

Aphalanchoides.

Beneficial Rhizobia, Azotobacter, Azospirillum, Trichoderma Spp.,

Aspergillus, Pseudomonas Spp., Milk bacteria.

Crops Wheat, Pearl Millet, Sugarcane, Gram, Sorghum, Peanut, Cow pea,

Pigeon pea, Cumin, Mustard, Cotton, Chichory, Tomato, Paddy,

Garlic, etc

WORK HISTORY:

and Maintained the Dept. of Plant Pathology. Presented two papers at

International Conference on Integrated Plant disease Management for

Sustainable Agriculture, New Delhi, INDIA. Prematurely retired to settle in

USA.

long-term research programs for the management of Pearl Millet diseases.

Carried out collaborative research with the State Dept of Agriculture, ICAR,

and ICRISAT. Established the International Pearl Millet Downy Mildew

(Disease) Nursery -( IPMDMN ) and the International Pearl Millet Disease(s)

Nursery - (IPMDN). During the period. Also deputed for Ph.D. studies under

faculty improvement programs at IARI. New Delhi 110012, INDIA from Sept'77 -

April '81 and earned the Ph.D degree in April '81.
