2005, CDS has identified, permitted and constructed 1250 wireless
commercial sites for both private and public sector firms. Clients include
Clearwire, Harris-Stratex, FAA, Ridan Towers, LLC, MediaFLO USA, AT&T and
Avion Systems. Services for these deployments have included leasing,
entitlements, and construction under strict budgets and timelines.
T-MOBILE WIRELESS, USA
Site Development Team 1999 - 2005
Regional Director, Real Estate and Zoning, Florida
Created a highly efficient and effective site selection, leasing, zoning
and permitting Team that has reached or exceeded 110% of Corporate Goals
for 16 consecutive quarters; 5 of those were completed at 150% of the
Corporate Goals.
Responsible for support and development of all expansion and new network

. Responsible for capital budget (capex) of $12.4 million and yearly
$3.5 million soft cost budget.
. Hired and Trained 14 consultants to evaluate, select, lease, zone and
