Created and negotiated original product placement and trace out initiatives

with ad sales (Alltel, KFC, Frito Lay), which brought in $4M in incremental

ad dollars and offset production costs. Series include: Nick at Nite's

Search for the Funniest Mom In America (host Roseanne Barr), The Cougar and

High School Reunion.

Established a staff structure, budget and production model to deliver

original digital content for use across all platforms including online,

Video On Demand and DVD added content.

Negotiate deal terms and structure in tandem with legal department for

development, original series and talent contracts.
