treasury management duties which included 12 month rolling cash flow
forecast, daily availability on line of credit, bank and AR insurance
reporting.

cups, plates and bowls. Responsible for all month-end closing and
reporting requirements, inventory control, budgeting, cost accounting, what-
if cost analysis on finished goods. Developed estimated costs for all
new/future products. Provided plant management staff with financial
analysis which reflected a deficiency and provided a solution(s).
Accomplishments:
. Reduced scrap $'s from $2.3 million to $1.2 million.
. Instrumental in implementing cost reduction initiative Performance
Improvement Program (PIP) that added $200k to the plant's bottom line.
. Instrumental in improving labor efficiency and overhead costs which
resulted in a 2.45 % reduction in cost per unit.

a NBV of $26 million.

. Saved the company from a potential $250K fine from U.S. Customs by
completing and submitting U.S. Customs cost submission for
Maquiladoras.

New Mexico included: Invoicing clerk and Accounting Assistant.
Accomplishments:
. Inherited and directed completion of system conversion from HP 3000 to
IBM AS 400.
. Developed new reports (queries) to aid upper management in making
decisions regarding production (volume/mix), manning and overhead
