WORK EXPERIENCE:
Quality/Department Manager; hired to improve relations and reduce quality issues with
company’s largest customer AM General. Responsible for day-to-day operations of a multi-
million dollar electro coat facility, a powder coat operation, and two wet coat (CARC) lines.
These were all maintained in compliance to governmental, health, and safety standards.
Plant Manager; responsible for production, quality, and management of the facility; work with
union officials, employees, customers; maintain monthly corporate reports. Responsible for
expanding a newly acquired stamping and welding facility with $2.5M in sales to $30M in three
years. Staff and train supervisors and operators, integrate robotic weld cells and manage all
aspects of the manufacturing facility. Reduced Quality PPM levels from 5000 to double digits.
Quality Assurance Manager; direct supervision of quality engineers and layout department;
responsible for all aspects of Quality Control, monitoring quality costs, goal setting, and budget
development.
Quality Manager, hired to reinstate Q1 status to the facility with 480 employees. Attained goal
within eight months and completed QS9000 registration.
