As office manager I was responsible for a various duties. My daily responsibilities were answering
telephones, faxing, sorting mail, filing paperwork (interviewing new residents), and taking messages
and relaying them to the appropriate individual. During the morning I would have to make sure that
a ll of the employees when at work and on time, if an employee called out of work it was my
responsibility to find coverage for that person as well as attend morning meeting on occasion. I was
