As a virtual associate, I worked with customers in resolving acute
issues/fixes involving Meditech (MT) software; Meditech HIM, Admissions,
Scanning, and Archiving modules upgraded to Version C/S 6.x. I assessed the
client's environment and documented project issues, flows, gaps. The
Scanning and Archiving module enables health care organizations to move
toward a paperless environment by storing all health care information on-
line. This application provides customers with an organization-widesolution
to their document scanning and imaging needs, enabling staff members to
quickly scan documents into their system, review the quality of images,
associate documents with patient records, and incorporate the resulting
digital documents directly into users' workflow.Worked in conjunction with
customers for requested system changes and modifications including menu
and/or access changes, request for addition/deletion/modification to
Meditech dictionaries, changes to Customer Defined Screens, request to
research and implement new functionalities available through Meditech, etc;
