Australia Set up and managed a new office and workshops with a
staff of 33 persons to service Telstra's commercial sites
in QLD & NT (5,000 sites). Lead the development of office
management system, Quality documentation, strategic

Established an asset control system to manage the
portfolio. The computer system used here was Maximo and
then company directives changed to SAP in 2004. All
building assets were loaded into th systems. Maintenance
schedules were produced along with a 25-year, life cycle
replacement plan. Maintenance and capital works programs
were to the value of 25 million a year. Set up training
modules for all staff in procedures for asset control an
formulation of maintenance schedules and how to for
repairs and breakdowns.
During this period, gained valuable experience in capital
works management, tenders, contract administration,
contract procedures, OHS & E, training, maintenance
planning, site disposals, forward planning and estimates,
developing quality, personnel and general administration
procedures and setting yearly budgets.

and leased properties within PNG and Solomon Island.

fire.
