lead transformation of employee perception of bureaucratic, unfriendly HR

manuals, purchasing uniforms, implementing rehire procedures, assuring
safety of park and park rides, ADA compliance and employee recognition and

obtained high ratings and prevented fines and rework. Dealt with the
Department of Labor on several issues including over time compliance and
