Due Diligence Project - Determine if parcel of land is assignable base on

oil & gas leases, right of way agreements, road permits issued by County

and township where tract of land is located. Abstract and analyze deeds,

deeds of trust. Review issues of moderate to advanced complexity to

determine the status of title or recommendation for further assignment and

assets assessment. Including put not limited to proofreading, plotting of

metes and bounds legal descriptions. With the use of GIS Arc Reader, map

reference, CHK programs and information from the public records of County

Courthouse to determine the correct location of existing pipelines, oil

wells and gas gathering systems. Responsible for prepare final

determination review reports, which are submitted to Chesapeake land

department for assignment of assets.

TransCanada Pipeline Project - Senior Land Agent 2006 - 2009

(Keystone Project) Missouri & Illinois

Right of Way Negotiator, title abstracting, landowner meetings, negotiated

crop damage payments, provided and presented pipeline sketches for project,

assisted construction crews and contractors with scheduling to ingress and

egress landowners property, daily authorization calls for survey crews to

have access for pre- construction surveys. Responsible for maintaining

landowner issue tracking reports, incident reports, irrigation agreement,

damage compensation, field damage reports, temporary road agreements, re

routes, daily construction crew meeting reports. Prepared and notarized

easement agreements, revised agreements, explain terms conditions,

negotiated, resolved any counter offers upon landowners' request.
