Design Engineer, 2008 - May 2009
Design and build equipment to complete turnkey conveyor systems designed
to automate warehouse distributions or investment casting process.
. Designed and built conveyors capable of inserting Invoices and
singulating into boxes for shipping.
. Project Engineer in charge of installation and debug of investment
casting manipulating tool to transport from dewax autoclave to oven
and other areas.

Project Engineer, 2003 - 2005
Design, build, and verify high-pressure water jetting equipment that
meets the customer's expectations. Prepared and presented quotations to
customer for custom equipment. Responsible for equipment from receipt of
customer order to equipment validation, including fabrication and
assembly processes. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any
concerns or issues after installation.
. Developed new product; "diesel powered hydraulic hose reel" capable of
handling 150' of 1.5" dia. water hose at 10,000 psi.
. As Product Engineer of "diesel truck mounted spinning water jet"
increased production by 100%. Equipment is used to remove painted
lines on streets and rubber off airport runways.

design (including market introduction), and new equipment design.
. Expanded Texas plant with a $3.5 million, 20,000 sq. ft. facility
resulting in a production capacity increase of 30%.
. Increased Indiana plant production capacity by 35% with a $1.25
million expansion. Project was successfully completed on extremely
tight schedule.
. Designed co-extrusion die that enabled 4" dual wall drain pipe to be
brought to market.

Project Engineer responsible for thermoformed lid processing, projects
ranged from product development, process improvement, to machine design.
Supervised the design, build, and installation of equipment I was
assigned. Debugged equipment in production environment ensuring that
equipment performed according to specifications. Responsible for
maintaining equipment when released to production to ensure long term
reliability.
. Conceptualized, designed, built, and Installed conveyor system
handling 15 million pounds per year recycled polystyrene.
. Developed coffee "tear lid" scoring process. Developed design, built,
and installed production machine.
. Developed both in-plant and corporate quality control program for
coffee tear lids.
