and need for new electrical and cable infrastructure to increase seating

approximately 190 seats (19,000sq. ft. at $4.4 Million) and accommodate
two departments against aggressive timelines to comply with Corporate
Real Estate renovation initiative for 270 Park Avenue. Work included
dismantling and removing workstations, and building 82 new offices
according to new standards.
. Collaborated with Global Technology the move of 200 Investment Bank (IB)
Technology and IB Risk employees from 270 Park Avenue to 277 Park Avenue.
Expedited relocation due to unexpected power shut down at 277 Park
building scheduled to occur on the original relocation date.
