COVER LETTER

Hello, my name is Noemi Soto. I have worked in the field of

Customer Service for over 30 years.I worked in the retail industry first as a sales associate, then

as an Assistant Manager until I decided to go back to school to become a medical assistant. I

have worked in the medical field in many different capacities. Starting out in the back office

capacity and then gradually working my way up to lead receptionist. My duties included

appointment scheduling, insurance verification, referral services, wound care orders, registration

of new patients. I have acquired over the years what I consider to be excellent people skills.

I have not only worked in a Medical clinic but I have also worked at

the hospital level. My job at Pomona Medical Center was in the Physical Therapy Dept. I was one

of many Unit Secretaries, and I was also in charge of Medical Records, Workers compensation

and Wound care Department as well. I am very much a team player and care about the ultimate

goal, which for me is great customer service.

Started at the front desk and eventually was put in charge of the medical records dept, which

included workers compensation, wound care supply orders, and transcriptions.

compensation, ordering and keeping records of wound care supplies. Updating transcription for

* Worked previous to that at U.S. FamilyCare in San Dimas California for 11 years, helped to run

the front desk, appointments, insurance verification, registration, calling in prescriptions to

pharmacy and multi-line system.
