Vibranz, Inc. was a start-up beverage company that did $2MM in its first year; I developed the operations
department to have a consistent, compliant, and extremely well documented product.
Responsible for all aspects of producing a probiotic tea:
o Manage a team of four (QA, Logistics, Production, and Brewer)
o Designed many spreadsheets to organize all data around production
Developed the product
o Came up with systems to produce on a large scale
o Managed a relationship with the co-packer
o Formulated eight flavors
o Created a technical reference manual that identified:

SONOMA CIDER MILL: MULTIPLE POSITIONS 1999-2009
Sonoma Cider Mill was a sparkling juice company that also did co-packing for other beverage companies
(Nestle, Pepsi, Republic of Tea, etc.)
I started working at Sonoma Cider Mill when I was 14, I moved from bottling line operator, to mechanic, up to
Operations Manager.
As the operations manager I:

Developed a QA department that met the standards of Nestle and Pepsi
I managed a complete overhaul of our bottling line, including purchase, reengineering and
installation of a tunnel pasteurizer.
Put in place weekly reporting systems to help track the movement of the company
Implemented a HACCP plan
At the company’s peak, managed a team of 90 production workers.
