Erman & AmRail are privately held companies involved in the railroad
industry. Erman dismantles all types of railcars and then resells the
plate back to steel mills and foundries. Also, all valued components
taken off the railcars are then resold to railcar repair shops. AmRail
is involved in rail take-up of abandoned lines and then resells the
rail back to short lines and industry.
. Main objective is to contact all major railroads, short line
railroads, and major industries to develop a complete database
of asset managers and to generate an RFQ.
. The following customers were acquired purely through 'cold-
calling': ADM, Ag Processing Bombardier Capital, British
Petroleum, CiT, Trinity Industries, Balfour Beatty, Atel
