. Prepare financial statements and balance sheets according to generally

accepted accounting principles. Review overhead absorption and adjust

rates.

. Review monthly closing entries and ensure international subsidiaries

close schedule.

. Maintain cost structures for chemical products to include constant

pricing, quantity requirements and bill structures.

. Develop annual fiscal budget for separate geographic regions.
